At a leading institution, we are seeking an experienced senior HR professional to lead our end-to-end recruitment process for medical professionals and leadership. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare recruitment and a proven track record of managing payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for medical talent, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Manage payroll, ensure accurate processing, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and SOPs, aligning them with organizational goals and industry standards.

Requirements for the role include:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in a university setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry standards, including university hiring processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
