Job Description

Lead a team of professionals in the planning, execution, and monitoring of healthcare projects from start to finish.

The Project Manager will oversee project activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. This involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including physicians, vendors, and government entities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project planning and execution
  • Team coordination and leadership
  • Progress tracking and reporting
  • Maintaining project documentation

Additionally, the role requires analyzing project requirements, identifying solutions, and providing administrative support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in healthcare project management, clinics, hospitals, or start-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to travel within Chennai

Candidates with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and working with cross-functional teams will be preferred.
