Job Opportunity

As a key team member, you will be responsible for successfully managing and executing component projects with a focus on quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing workforce planning strategies to optimize team performance and skill development.
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes through the application of common methods, tools, and best practices.
  • Overseeing product development, key technical decisions, and safety-critical issues.
  • Leading improvement programs through co-engineering and co-development with suppliers.
  • Monitoring project-to-cost programs to ensure budgetary adherence.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in rolling stock and/or components industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management including work package, risk, and opportunity management with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with engineering processes, tools, and methods.
  • Strong grasp of technical decision-making including value analysis methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Cooperation and change management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in English and local site language.
