Were Hiring Sales Manager (Electronic Components Division)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 35 Years | Qualification:B.E./B.Tech in Electronics

Industry: Electronics / Semiconductor Distribution / Component Sales

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our Electronic Components Division, focusing on Microcontrollers, Power Semiconductors, Passive Components, Connectors, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B sales strategies for microcontrollers & related components
- Identify & onboard OEMs, EMS companies, R&D labs, and distribution partners
- Manage existing accounts & develop new business opportunities
- Collaborate with application engineers & product teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Achieve sales targets & expand market presence nationwide
- Liaise with international component manufacturers & distributors
- Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and customer documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics (mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales within the electronic components industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strategic thinking and ability to drive sales initiatives independently
- Strong knowledge of microcontroller families (STM32, PIC, Renesas, NXP, etc.)
- Technical expertise in semiconductors, passives, connectors, sensors
- Experience in international sales or working with global teams is a plus

Preferred Experience:

- Exposure to Automotive, Industrial Automation, Consumer Electronics, Solar/Green Energy, EV, or IoT sectors
