
Operational Process Coordinator

The Process Specialist role plays a pivotal part in supporting the organization's HR Operations by managing end-to-end processes across various aspects, including onboarding, document verification, payroll inputs, audits, vendor coordination, reporting, and employee support.
Main Responsibilities:
- HRMS Management: Handle change management for employee ID creation, timesheet and leave data preparation, document verification, and HRMS helpdesk management. Develop an in-depth knowledge of backend functionalities of HRMS.
- Payroll Inputs: Input data for new employees, salary inputs for new joiners, manage employee referrals and bonus sheets. Enrol medical insurance for employees in a timely manner.
- Group Organization Chart Updates: Monthly update organizational charts, incorporating new joiners and leavers for all entities.
- MIS & Presentation for Management: Prepare and present accurate, data-driven MIS reports and dashboards, as well as presentations to management.
- Queries Management: Address employee queries related to PF, Group Health & Term Insurance.
- Vendor Management: Manage various vendors for travel, printing, accommodation, and EPFO services, ensuring end-to-end process efficiency and seeking management approval for costs.
- HR Reports Preparation: Compile and share weekly data with relevant stakeholders, prepare talent work in progress reports, and handle timesheet data.
- Letter Preparation: Prepare offer, appointment, and relieving letters for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA in HR or Finance: A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Finance is required for this role.
- 3+ Years of Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar role is necessary for this position.
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint Presentation: Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Presentation is required for effective communication and data analysis.
