Job Title: Recovery Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Administer the collection process for non-performing assets, stressed loans across Surat and at least half of Gujarat.
  • Monitor and oversee recovery operations to maximize revenue generation and minimize irrecoverable debts.
  • Analyze and segregate defaulting clients into hard and soft cases, formulating targeted strategies for liquidating hard cases within specified timeframes.
  • Negotiate with defaulters for early resolution of non-performing assets, ensuring achievement of targets.
