Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Senior Operations Coordinator to join our team.

  • This role will be responsible for overseeing the management of instrumentation systems, ensuring their effective performance and reliability.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Instrumentation System Management: Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure instruments and systems are properly calibrated and maintained.
  3. Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Prepare cost estimates and budgets for instrument purchases, calibration, and maintenance.
  4. Preliminary Planning: Conduct preliminary planning and coordination for instrument installation, commissioning, and testing.
  5. Vendor Evaluation: Evaluate vendors for instrument procurement and ensure compliance with company policies.
  6. Instrument Commissioning: Ensure that instruments are properly commissioned and tested before being placed into service.
  7. Document Control: Maintain accurate records of instrument maintenance, calibration, and other relevant documents.
  8. Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and tasks.
