Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify businesses in need of commercial office spaces and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with tenants, landlords, and property developers.
  • Act as a consultant to clients, ensuring their business needs are met.

Market Analysis & Property Sourcing:

  • Analyze market trends to align property inventory with client demand.
  • Source and maintain exclusive leasing mandates from landlords and developers.
  • Create and update an extensive database of available office spaces.

Transaction Facilitation:

  • Match client requirements with the best property options.
  • Conduct property tours, present proposals, and negotiate favorable lease terms.
  • Facilitate smooth deal closures, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance property visibility and lead generation.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions to refine the company's sales strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-5 years in commercial leasing or a sales-driven role in real estate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial real estate trends and leasing processes.
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to exceed expectations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, you can earn up to 20%-30% of the transaction value as incentives for meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
