We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the execution of complex projects in our production unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Oversee all production-related projects, including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  2. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors, contract manufacturers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
  3. Team Liaison: Serve as the primary liaison between our Indian and U.S. teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, effective communication, and timely updates.
  4. Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly project schedules; manage resources, identify dependencies, and monitor timelines.
  5. Financial Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure resource optimization without compromising quality or compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting, ideally in nutraceuticals, supplements, or food manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, FDA, and FSSC 22000 regulations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, manage project budgets, and optimize resource usage.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Prior experience in the food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams is a plus.
