HR Generalist

At Refining Skills Academy, we are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our talent acquisition and development efforts.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee queries, grievances, and conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Attendance and Leave Management: Implement accurate and timely attendance and leave tracking systems to maintain a high level of productivity.
• HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, labour laws, and accreditation standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Training Coordination: Organize training programs and track certifications to keep staff updated on the latest industry developments.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to promote employee morale, engagement, and job satisfaction, resulting in improved productivity and retention.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience: 3-5 years in an HR role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and proficiency in HR software.
