About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Executive to oversee and manage our financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting, with excellent Analytical Skills and ability to perform Financial Analysis.

Additionally, they should have knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, as well as strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: The Senior Executive will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • They will also monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Statutory Compliance: The Senior Executive will ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
  • They will prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and assessments, staying up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations.
  • Bookkeeping and Accounting: The Senior Executive will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Taxation: They will oversee and file various tax returns, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), income tax, and any other applicable taxes.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Financial Reporting: The Senior Executive will coordinate with the agency for timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to perform Financial Analysis.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or relevant certification preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
