Senior Financial Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the management of advanced accounting and financial activities, including transaction flows, accounting entries, and deferred revenue and cost recognition.- Ensure timely documentation, systematic filing, and maintenance of financial records to support audits and internal reviews.- Lead and support audit processes, including the preparation and review of financial statements under IFRS and IND AS frameworks.- Deliver monthly MIS reports, including those covering international geographies, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness.- Supervise and guide accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate settlements with partners and vendors.- Provide direction and support on various finance-related matters, contributing to continuous improvement, process efficiency, and team effectiveness.
**Requirements:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4-5 years of experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tally.- Experience with Oracle Fusion or SAP is a strong advantage.- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
