Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an accomplished senior manager to oversee the end-to-end finance operations for our US-based clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled finance professionals, shaping financial processes and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and direct a high-performing team of finance professionals in supporting US clients.
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies, ensuring timely completion of critical tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliation, month-end closures, quarter-end closures, year-end closures, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices and drive process improvements within the organization.
- Manage multiple US-based clients, acting as primary point of contact for expectation management, escalation resolution, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training and mentorship to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA/MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in US finance operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of US accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven track record in managing multiple US-based clients across diverse industries.
- Proficient in financial systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
