Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations function, ensuring that all financial processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Cost Control: Identify areas of cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure that all tax obligations are met, including filing tax returns and making tax payments on time.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, forecast future financial performance, and make recommendations to management.
- Accounting Systems: Maintain and improve accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
