
Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll professional to join our team in a critical role that will drive strategic support for employee lifecycle management.
This key position serves as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and efficient administrative support to employees and managers across various departments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and coordinating with external providers and internal teams. Additionally, they will oversee HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, data reporting, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Records Management
The selected candidate will maintain accurate, updated, and secure employee files (digital and physical) and manage documents such as contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records.

The ideal candidate will prepare new hire paperwork, oversee offboarding logistics, and manage onboarding with HR induction. They will also ensure seamless integration with other departments during these processes.
