Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Trainer and Associate

This is a full-time remote role for a POSH Trainer and Associate. The POSH Trainer and Associate will be responsible for conducting workshops and training sessions on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) for various organizations.

Key responsibilities include developing training materials, delivering presentations, and providing legal consultation and support regarding sexual harassment cases. The role also involves drafting legal documents, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, and providing guidance on compliance and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of sexual harassment laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work independently and remotely.

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field is required. Proficiency in conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations is essential. Experience in developing training materials and drafting legal documents is also desirable.
