Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization where you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment operates at optimal levels. As an Equipment Maintenance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform routine checks on equipment to prevent downtime and maintain smooth operations.
  • Maintain product quality standards during machine operation in line with good manufacturing practices.
  • Record machine operating data, production outputs, and downtime accurately.
  • Ensure material feeding, changeovers, and line clearance are carried out as required.
  • Report and escalate equipment malfunctions, breakdowns, or abnormalities promptly.
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant working environment following safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in machinery operations within food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals.
  • Hands-on experience with blending, granulation, encapsulation, filling, or packaging machines is necessary.
  • Knowledge of food technology processes (mixing, drying, stability testing) is essential.
