**Role Description:

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a Precast factory in Bellary. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent unexpected failures and minimize downtime.

Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.

Electrical Maintenance: Handle electrical maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly and effectively to minimize production disruptions.

Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to ensure maintenance activities align with production schedules and goals.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely and in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
