We are seeking a seasoned and consultative HR professional to spearhead one of our thriving Development Centers. This role plays a pivotal part in executing the organization's larger vision, culture, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Seamless Employee Onboarding and Assimilation
  • Cultivating a Positive Work Environment and Organizational Culture
  • Developing and Promoting the DC Brand in Society and Ensuring Business Continuity
  • Fostering a High-Performance Work Environment and Encouraging Diversity and Inclusivity
  • Protecting the Interests of the Organization and Initiating Disciplinary Action When Necessary
  • Implementing DC-Wide Rewards and Recognition Programs and Recommending Solutions to Improve Performance, Retention, and Employee Experience
  • Managing Employee Grievances – Anti-Sexual Harassment, Workplace Concerns
  • Overseeing the Health & Wellness Program
  • Establishing Robust Communication Forums to Facilitate Interactions Between Management and Employees

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or Equivalent Preferred
  • 11-17 Years of Experience
