Job Title: Strategic Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Sales Development to join our team. This role requires a proven track record in building, coaching, training, and retaining an SDR team.

Qualifications
  • Degree and 5+ years of software sales experience in managing SDR teams
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding activity metrics within a numbers-driven and performance-based environment, and the ability to determine and drive optimal pipeline development activities
  • Strong organization and time-management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities
  • Driven self-starter with high initiative and confidence
  • Skilled in leading discussions and meetings, and a master at balancing competitiveness and collaboration
Responsibilities
  • Directly managing a team of Sales Development Representatives and partnering closely with existing sales management, account managers, and service lines sellers including marketing teams
  • Coaching the team; very involved in prospecting, account strategy, and messaging
  • Laser focus on getting meetings scheduled including pipeline generation across Xebia's offerings
  • Consistently delivering against targets – commitment to numbers and deadlines
  • Hiring, training, and retaining the right team to match our growth
  • Providing timely and insightful input back to other corporate functions
  • Training and Development: During onboarding, we focus on equipping new hires with the skills and knowledge for success through department-specific training

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $120,000 - $150,000 based on the location and industry standards.
