Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer Expert
Overview of the RoleThe ServiceNow CMDB Developer Expert will lead the design, development, and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong technical leadership skills, expertise in ITIL processes, and a deep understanding of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the CMDB to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
- Implement data standards, policies, and procedures to guarantee data quality.
- Provide technical guidance to the CMDB development team.
- Perform regular audits and data quality checks.
- Integrate the CMDB with other IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Strong understanding of database design, data modeling, and data governance principles.
