ServiceNow CMDB & ITSM Implementation Specialist

Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end greenfield implementation of ServiceNow CMDB & ITSM modules.
Design, configure, and optimize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
Architect CMDB with proper CI class models, discovery, dependency mapping & integrations.
Collaborate with infra teams to ensure smooth Discovery setup & connectivity.
Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (SCCM, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
Define CMDB governance, ownership, and best practices.
Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years on ServiceNow platform with 2+ full-cycle ITSM & CMDB implementations.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and hands-on ServiceNow configuration.
Expertise in CMDB Discovery, Service Mapping, CI lifecycle.
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Servers, data imports).
ServiceNow CSA – Required | CIS (ITSM/CMDB) – Preferred | ITIL Foundation – Preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Finance, Govt.).
Agile methodology exposure.
- Knowledge of HAM/SAM, SecOps, or GRC modules.
