We are seeking a skilled CMDB Technical Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering and executing configuration management changes, ensuring the integrity and robustness of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role works closely with our IT ServiceNow System Admin and process owners within IT.

  • Administering and executing configuration management changes to ensure CMDB data integrity and robustness
  • Working closely with IT teams to ensure accurate and timely updates to the CMDB
  • Establishing relationships between CIs to accurately reflect dependencies within the IT infrastructure
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8-10 years' experience in an IT industry with 5 years' ServiceNow experience, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and components (servers, networks, applications)
  • Experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • ITIL certified and strong experience of ITIL processes
Preferred Skills:

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience with Servicenow CMDB | CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping
  • Hands-on experience in CSDM model and Life cycle
  • Strong alignment with architect and engineering teams on delivery standards
