We're looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator with proven experience in ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules. If you enjoy building and optimizing ServiceNow solutions in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow modules – ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.
  • Administer ServiceNow platform including instance upgrades, patching, and performance.
  • Implement and manage Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB accuracy.
  • Build workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and UI actions.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and internal governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical documentation and end-user support.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules.
  • Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), MID Server configuration, and IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with Discovery, CI relationship mapping, and CMDB reconciliation.
  • ServiceNow CSA certification (mandatory); CIS in ITSM/ITOM/ITAM (preferred).
