About the Role:

We're seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM modules and proven experience in scripting and API integrations. The role requires hands-on development, administration, and implementation of ServiceNow in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on ServiceNow ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Knowledge Management

Manage & customize workflows (medium to complex)

Perform instance upgrades, patches & ensure platform stability

Develop & integrate using REST and SOAP APIs

Work closely with stakeholders to gather & deliver new requirements

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with ITIL processes

Required Skills & Certifications:

5–10 years total experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow development & integration

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript preferred)

Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL)

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

ITIL V3/V4 Foundation

ServiceNow CIS-ITSM certification

Micro-certifications in ATF, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent
