We are building a marketplace for out-of-home advertising. Media experiences in the real world are a compelling marketing medium. Not only is it a global industry, but it is also growing, despite inefficiencies.

Our Market Network transforms out-of-home advertising into a measurable medium where brands and audiences connect. Combine media into a single campaign to improve performance across all channels.

The ideal candidate will work closely with our Director of Media Planning to strategise and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success. You'll be responsible for executing end-to-end projects within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients, sales, and account team members to understand business objectives and OOH advertising strategy
  2. Develop OOH Campaign plans that help clients achieve their objectives
  3. Be an expert user of our planning product and interact with the Product & Engineering team to give product improvement feedback and new feature requests
  4. Work on multiple campaigns simultaneously for different clients
  5. Effectively communicate with creative agency teams, clients, and consumers to develop media strategies and campaigns
  6. Execute decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns
  7. Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources
  8. Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour, and media habits
  9. Presentation proposals, including cost schedules, to clients on time
  10. Maintain excellent relationships with OOH media suppliers

Requirements:

  1. Ability to work under deadline pressure from multiple sources (internal and external)
  2. 4-7 years experience as a media planner for OOH with a variety of industry verticals
  3. Broad knowledge of online and offline media channels
  4. Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
  5. Critical thinking for application toward client strategy and accompanying presentation materials
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  7. Working knowledge of analytics tools
  8. Ability to work with web platforms and spreadsheets for information collection and management
  9. Deeply analytical mind with aptitude for statistics and math
  10. Should be able to work EST hours
