Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Team Member to join our team. As an entry-level employee, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse departments such as production, process quality, process planning, warehouse, maintenance, and more.

In this role, you will perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders, monitor daily KPIs, plan versus actual, and follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations. You will also collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets, participate in training programs, and maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform tasks and duties as assigned by department supervisors and team leaders
2. Monitor daily KPIs, plan versus actual
3. Follow standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in departmental operations
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets
5. Participate in training programs
6. Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electronics or Telecommunication or equivalent qualification required with 3-5 years of experience
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Sound working experience on PCBA and Device process
• Understanding of SMT, Wave, EMA products and machine
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
