About the RoleThe ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the plastic industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet business targets, leveraging your knowledge of the plastic industry and its trends.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and tactics.
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the plastic industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A deep understanding of the plastic industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
