Search Engine Optimization Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team lead to spearhead our organic growth strategy, collaborate across teams, and drive data-backed decision making.

  • Owning end-to-end SEO strategies for diverse industries, from growth-stage direct-to-consumer brands to software-as-a-service products and service-led businesses.
  • Developing and executing tailored SEO roadmaps, content plans, and performance benchmarks for multiple client accounts.
  • Leveraging expertise to guide and train the SEO team in executing the SEO strategy and goals.
  • Crafting and implementing SEO content strategies for short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Conducting technical SEO audits and collaborating with developers to implement fixes that yield significant results.
  • Performing keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP audits to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborating with writers to create optimized content that performs well.
  • Monitoring rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions – and translating that data into actionable insights.
Requirements:
  1. Two years of experience leading an SEO team.
  2. Four+ years of experience in SEO.
  3. A track record of prioritizing return on investment over traffic growth.
