Job Description:

We seek an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as a Strategic Operations Coordinator.

This role will involve working closely with our leadership team to manage cross-functional priorities, ensure smooth operations across multiple verticals, and drive planning and execution of global events.

As a key member of our Founder's Office, you will be responsible for conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our leadership team.

You will also prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

In addition, you will oversee operational excellence, monitor KPIs, and ensure the execution of day-to-day activities across business verticals.

Supporting business development, partnerships, and relationship management with high-level stakeholders is also an integral part of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy or startup roles
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including events or large-scale initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus
