Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill a critical role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive market analysis reports and business strategies.
  • Propose new initiatives to the COO based on acquired insights in the organization.
  • Assist in creating presentations and materials.

Team Leadership and Coordination:

  • Co-ordinate with internal teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in team management, facilitating communication and workflow.
  • Help organize and participate in meetings, providing insights and feedback.
  • Take minutes during important meetings.
  • Assist senior managers with project management support.

Calendar & Travel Management and Administrative Support:

  • Manage the COO's schedules, client visits and internal reviews etc.
  • Plan COO's business trips and align agenda with partners.
  • Co-ordinate logistics for presentations and external meetings.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation of business activities.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA minimum.
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in asset management industry.
  • Good communication skills.
