Oracle HCM Consultant Position

Job Description:

This role involves providing expert-level assistance in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Payroll (US) and related modules such as Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on customer requirements.
  • Map business needs to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules and identify functionality fit/gaps.
  • Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
  • Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.
  • Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules (Payroll with any module combination).
  • Strong configuration and implementation skills for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management.
  • Experience in creating workflows, security, and OTBI reports.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Iterative development methodologies and experience with multi-cultural, geographically diverse teams.
