Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to spearhead consulting assignments in the hospitality industry, tourism, and leisure sectors. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a deep understanding of the consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in alignment with client requirements and internal governance.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to our standard operating procedures and approval processes.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of consultants, analysts, and external partners to achieve project milestones.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development activities by managing proposals, timelines, and tender submissions.
  • Provide post-project reviews and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Economics, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting, ideally within real estate, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proven experience leading multi-stakeholder projects in complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and travel if required.
