About Our Opportunity

As a Technical Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our cutting-edge solar systems.

  • Provide expert technical guidance and training to customers and partners;
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently;
  • Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and repair solar systems as needed;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements to continuously improve our services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong understanding of solar system design and operation;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
  • Fluency in English, with a high level of proficiency in written and spoken communication.
