Next Generation Mission Technology Specialist

We are a leading innovator in the development of cutting-edge technologies for future warfare needs. Based out of Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, our team is dedicated to enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms.

Our portfolio includes a solar-powered stratospheric high-altitude pseudo-satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground-launched stand-off autonomous system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities.
  • Define architecture, system, and component-level requirements.
  • Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products.
  • Ensure design and development meets certification standards and requirements.
  • Conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews.
  • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification. Prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong hold on power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experienced in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing, and validation.
  • Experienced in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiar with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.
