Job Title: MEP Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Systems Specialist to join our team. As an MEP Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and developing detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed designs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with building codes and standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of designs to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, project managers, and other engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.
  • Effectively communicate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of HVAC design, electrical circuit design, plumbing system design, and building codes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP engineering, with experience in high-rise building projects preferred.
