About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to play a critical role in growing our organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term growth and satisfaction.
  • Pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, and direct contact.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and engage prospective clients, ultimately driving revenue growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a business development, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment, preferably in technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cold calling, account management, and securing new business opportunities.
  • An unwavering commitment to excellence, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding individual goals while maintaining exceptional communication skills, including ATS knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, particularly in regions relevant to our target market.
