Job Description:

As a proficient BIM professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of our prefab solutions by preparing comprehensive BIM documentation.

The ideal candidate will assist Technical Leaders and Project Engineers during tendering with drafting support, leveraging their expertise to enhance project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading the creation of BIM families and model updates to reflect as-built conditions, ensuring seamless integration and conflict resolution across multiple trade files.

  • Develop accurate BIM documentation that meets customer requirements
  • Complete BIM modeling up to LOD 400 or higher
  • Ensure timely and effective collaborative work using ACC
Required Skills & Qualifications:

For this role, we seek an individual with exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Navisworks, and experience working in collaborative BIM environments.
