Lead BIM Implementation

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the strategic implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in our Mumbai office.

The successful candidate will oversee the local Revit-capable team and manage BIM execution processes, ensuring alignment with global technical and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), defining company requirements and workflows, and ensuring compliance with ISO19650 standards and procedures.

  • Develop and implement effective BIM strategies and processes to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM processes across departments.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Hands-on expertise in Revit and BIM processes.
  • Experience working in architecture, engineering, or construction companies.
  • A strong understanding of ISO19650 implementation and compliance.
  • Leadership skills to align and guide a local BIM/Revit team.
