Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM MEPF Engineer to join our team. This role will involve working closely with the BIM Manager on various projects, ensuring that all team members adhere to established standards and processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage BIM projects, fostering collaboration among engineers and other disciplines to optimize design, resolve clashes & conflicts, and enhance overall project efficiency.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver high-quality BIM models, working in tandem with engineers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
  • At least 2.5 years of experience in BIM modeling using Revit.
  • Strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit in MEP, Navisworks.
  • Creation of Parametric and non-parametric Revit families.
  • Proficiency in Dynamo Scripting & APIs to create custom tools and workflows addressing specific project needs.
