Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization through the realm of Building Information Modelling (BIM). Your expertise will be instrumental in defining and governing BIM standards, ensuring seamless collaboration with Digital Delivery Leads and other leaders to drive efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities include creating and managing process workflows, crafting information plans, and finalizing templates. You will also be responsible for writing user stories, developing KANBAN boards, and providing definitions for the BIM framework. Additionally, you will support our Digital Information Management program, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Systems & Information Management Specialist or equivalent, with expertise in authoring technical material, process mapping, and BIM implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of various levels of BIM, particularly level 2 BIM.
  • Knowledge of BIM Standards and Process overview.
  • Proficiency in Common Data Environment within the context of Document Management System.
  • Understanding of Project Lifecycle of Engineering Projects.
  • Commercial awareness about engineering projects.
  • Ability to create and manage user stories from Product Owner perspectives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.

Others:

This role requires a Graduate with Business development/Business Analyst degree, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. An engineering degree is desirable, and knowledge or certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
