Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated BIM professional to fill a critical role in our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent skills in MEP BIM modeling, including experience with Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed 3D MEP models using industry-leading software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
  • Perform regular updates and modifications to the project's BIM library.
  • Extract 2D construction drawings and detailed sections from 3D BIM models.
  • Run clash detection, generate clash reports, and facilitate coordination during design meetings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM standards and best practices across projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-year diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems design, coordination, and BIM integration.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and development.
