Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Create and coordinate BIM models across disciplines.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to project teams using BIM authoring tools.
- Follow BIM execution plans and project-specific documentation.
- Ensure compliance of models with industry-wide BIM standards.
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from BIM models.
- Create discipline-specific BIM modelling content.
- Produce drawings/details from engineering sketches and calculations.
- Generate detailed reinforcement and structural steel drawings.
- Ensure drawings follow company standards and quality requirements.
- Conduct clash detection, resolution, and reporting to achieve coordinated design.
- Review models/drawings to check design compliance.
- Deliver drawings/models within agreed project timelines.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience with Autodesk software: Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Proficient in BIM modelling and authoring tools.
- Knowledge of architectural, structural, and MEP services.
- Understanding of BIM execution plans, industry BIM standards, and workflows.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confident, proactive character with problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- 5+ years relevant experience including Revit Structures.
- Keen interest in the built environment.
