Job Summary:

As a skilled BIM modeler, you will play a vital role in supporting our team with day-to-day BIM implementation activities.

  • Provide regular progress updates to the Discipline Lead and BIM Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of all formal BIM correspondences.
  • Support hardware/software deployment and deliver BIM software training to the project team.
  • Develop and update BIM object libraries and quality templates per organizational standards.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of all BIM submissions through regular QA/QC checks.
  • Validate models for accuracy, export data for design and commercial use, and perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including ethics, safety, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Discipline Lead, BIM Manager, and Production Team(s) to deliver high-quality BIM results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless BIM implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in BIM tools and technologies.
  • Develop analytical reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years experience in BIM Tools.
  • Experience within Design or Construction on infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary Design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
  • Proficient in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with CIVIL 3D and other BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of 3D modeling and drafting principles.
