Key Responsibilities:

Model Creation:

  • Develop 3D BIM models under the guidance of senior team members using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Collaboration:

  • Assist architects and engineers in gathering information for model creation.

  • Participate in team meetings and coordination efforts.

Model Updates:

  • Update BIM models based on feedback and revised plans.

Documentation:

  • Assist in generating 2D drawings and details from 3D models.

Clash Detection:

  • Support clash detection efforts and help generate reports.

Standards Compliance:

  • Ensure models comply with project BIM standards.

Data Management:

  • Assist in using BIM software for scheduling, cost estimation, and material tracking.

Library Maintenance:

Help maintain the BIM library by creating and updating BIM families.
