About the Role

We are seeking skilled and motivated
Precast Modellers and Detailers
to join our team for the
Design Office of Saudi Arabia's Precast Projects
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modeling and detailing precast and rebar structures using
Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD
.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of international precast projects, delivering high-quality BIM solutions and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create 3D models and detailed shop drawings for
    precast concrete and rebar structures
    .
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in models.
  • Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Prepare bar bending schedules, rebar detailing, and precast element drawings.
  • Manage revisions, updates, and version control of BIM models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for clash detection and design coordination.
  • Deliver accurate models and drawings within given timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–10 years
    of experience in
    Precast and Rebar Modeling and Detailing
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and AutoCAD
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    structural drawings, detailing standards, and precast element design
    .
  • Ability to handle large-scale BIM models with precision.
  • Good understanding of international codes and standards (experience with Saudi or Middle East projects is a plus).
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
