We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Training Specialist.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive training programs tailored to our Sales and Collections teams. This includes designing engaging content, developing effective learning materials, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes for new joiners.

  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs for Sales (Two-Wheeler Loans, Car Loans, CV Loans) and Collections teams.
  • Conduct Induction Training for new joiners, providing in-depth knowledge of products, processes, sales techniques, and collection strategies.
  • Develop customised training modules, manuals, and assessments to meet the needs of on-ground teams and telecalling staff.
  • Organise refresher trainings to bridge knowledge/skill gaps and ensure ongoing performance improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, conducting regular feedback sessions with managers to identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with Business Heads, HR, and Operations to understand training needs and develop targeted content solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and market trends to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in any field, preferably with a specialisation in HR, Training, or Sales.
  • 3-6 years of experience in Sales/Collections Training, preferably within the NBFC/BFSI sector.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Experience in preparing and analysing MIS/reports on training effectiveness would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of local languages may be beneficial depending on the region of deployment.
