Role & responsibilities
National Training Manager will lead the learning and development initiatives for variable channel. He / She will design and deliver training programs, manage resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions. Their goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the channel
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Manage the training budget and report on program outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employee training.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 8+ years experience training and development of Agency, Variable or Tied Channel with at least 3 years in leadership role.
