FMCG Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Executive to join our team in Kerala, delivering primary and secondary sales targets across various districts.

  • Key responsibilities include driving outlet coverage, product availability, and visibility of company products, ensuring product presence on store shelves and implementing effective sales systems.
  • The successful candidate will develop short-term and long-term sales objectives through the effective use of sales data and apply structured selling processes and negotiation techniques to achieve business targets.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A graduate degree with an added advantage of an MBA
  • 4+ years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong negotiation and people management skills
  • Good stockist management skills and adherence to systems and processes
