Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Field Sales and Store Operations professional to join our team in locations including Palakkad district, Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Puducherry. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience. The role involves overseeing sales operations, optimizing store performance, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across our retail locations.
Qualifications and Skills
- A proven track record of at least 4 years in sales, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficiency in B2B Sales - ability to drive sales strategies and engage effectively with business clients (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in FMCG Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market reach (Mandatory skill).
- Solid understanding of Operations for effective store management and process optimization (Mandatory skill).
- Competence in using CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive engagement.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential business opportunities.
- Experience in cold calling with strong communication and persuasion skills to build new client relationships.
- Negotiation skills for simplifying deals, ensuring win-win outcomes, and maintaining long-term relationships with partners.
- Ability to conduct and analyze sales analytics to derive insights and develop strategies for performance improvement.

- Oversee field sales operations and ensure the achievement of sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned regions.
- Manage store operations efficiently, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals to maximize revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to optimize inventory management, supply chain processes, and store performance.
- Train and mentor store staff to enhance skill sets and ensure high levels of competency in delivering customer service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive footfall and sales conversion.
